Creativ Illusions was founded, and is owned and operated by Oliver J. Newell. A native of Detroit, MI, he moved to Los Angeles, California to puruse his love and passion for art at Loyola Marymount University. In 2005, Oliver graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Studio Arts with an emphasis in Graphic Design and a minor in Animation. He always wanted to start and pursue his own business, and since he had been freelancing since 2001, he decided to make a name for his business shortly after graduating. In early 2007, Creativ Illusions became an official business as Oliver gained sole propriertorship with the IRS and the State of California. In 2009, he returned to his roots, relocating back to Detroit and looking to influence and give back to his community through his love and dedication to art and design.
